Shipping Policy

They recognize the importance of prompt delivery for their customers. Their goal is to deliver orders within 24 hours. Expedited shipping options will dispatch the same day (excluding weekends) if your order is placed before 4pm EST. Please be aware that all expedited shipping services do not include Saturday delivery.

Cold Storage Products

Orders that include refrigerated items must be shipped via expedited shipping methods or arranged for local pickup. Orders placed for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If they are unavailable during holidays, delivery will occur on the next business day. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday aiming for delivery by the week's end will be processed accordingly.

Refund Policy

They offer a 60-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 60 days of receiving your item. Refrigerated products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Examples include, but are not limited to, probiotics.
