Shipping Policy

For all deliveries within mainland UK, a two-man courier service is used. Various delivery options are available, all of which will be delivered between 7am and 9pm.

Free Trial

Rejuvenated mattresses come with a 30-night sleep trial policy. Details are in accordance with the terms outlined in their mattress return policy. The mattresses will be delivered in pristine condition and are expected to be returned in the same condition, free from damage or stains on the cover or product, as specified in the mattress returns section above.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the mattress at their warehouse. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
