Return Policy

Oribe.com provides products and services with integrity. Items purchased from Oribe.com must be returned directly to Oribe.com. We can only accept refunds and returns for unopened or gently used items bought from Oribe.com, and these must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on orders of $100 or more. A flat fee of $8 applies to all orders below $100. Currently, we only offer domestic shipping. Orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped within the Continental U.S. and cannot be sent to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
