Transport Policy

Most items will be shipped within one to two business days, provided they are in stock. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed on the next business day. Customers will receive an email notification for any out-of-stock items. While efforts are made to list only available items, due to high sales volume, stock shortages may occur, and order delays of up to 30 business days are possible.

Return Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days of receipt. All items must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

Upon receiving your RMA, please print and complete the return form provided via email. Include this form along with the merchandise and a copy of the original receipt. Failure to request an RMA will result in automatic rejection of the package, and Oracle Lighting will not be responsible for lost shipments.
