Shipping Policy

Standard shipping costing $5 will be shipped via either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size, weight, and destination address of the package.

Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Clearance, Owner's Sale, and Garage Sale items are NOT eligible for returns; sales are final on these products. If you are deployed and outside the 30-day window, please contact us, and we may still be able to process a return.

Warranty Policy

All items sold by OPT come with the manufacturer's warranty. If the product includes a manufacturer's warranty card, OPT recommends filling it out and sending it to the manufacturer.
