All Nuuly orders are shipped via UPS on business days. Free shipping is included with your Nuuly subscription.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back with the prepaid return label attached to the outside of your package, 2-3 business days before your billing date.

Payment Method

Nuuly accepts all major credit cards. Currently, PayPal, Apple Pay, prepaid cards, and gift cards are not accepted. Purchases cannot be split across multiple payment methods.
