Return Policy

NRS allows returns for a full refund within 45 days of purchase, with certain exceptions. Items returned after 45 days will be processed at the current retail price. All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, parts, and accessories.

Shipping Policy

Orders totaling $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping via the most economical carrier. International shipments, as well as orders to Alaska and Hawaii, do not qualify for free shipping. If an order is not eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and size of the package. Typically, ground shipping costs for non-oversized items range from $10 to $15 per order.
