Return Policy

Most of their stock and custom products are made to order and cannot be returned. If they make a mistake, they will happily correct it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Shipping Policy

Most orders within the continental United States are shipped via Confirmed Priority mail through the United States Postal Service or FedEx. Paying for shipping charges or using a shipping calculator from a specific carrier on their website does not guarantee service from one carrier over another.
