Shipping Policy

The majority of our international orders are shipped from their warehouse in Hong Kong. Most items are available for domestic shipment from their USA warehouse located in Dallas. Occasionally, orders may be shipped directly from their factory warehouse in Xiamen, China.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the received product is defective, they will reprint and resend it at no additional cost. Please contact them via email with your order number, a photo of the defect, and a brief explanation of the issue.
