Return Policy

Before returning an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). You can call us at (239) 325-8263 or email at info@naplessoap.com. Unopened and unused products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Opened products need to be returned within 15 days and must include all unused portions. Return shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. Please keep tracking information until your return has been processed.
