Annual Payment

Purchases of full (annual) payments are final, following any applicable free trial period. Full membership access, which includes all content, is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. Partial or full refunds are not available.

Free Trial

Your MUTU System Subscription may begin with a free trial. The free trial period can last for one week, 10 days, or as specified during the sign-up process.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, no full or partial refunds will be issued. To cancel your ongoing subscription, simply go to ‘My Profile' at mutumamas.com and select the ‘Cancel Subscription' option.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for partially used periods. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

Gift Purchases

A Gift Purchase is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed thereafter. No cash, credit, or alternative compensation will be provided if gift purchases are not redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date.
