Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Upon receiving your packages, their team will verify the contents and inspect them to ensure they are unworn and in excellent condition. After validation, they will process the refund and deposit the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.

The Freight

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Mountain Hardwear. The company will cover the return shipping costs. They recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information and proof of delivery. Customers remain responsible for their products until they sign for the package at the correct address.

The Order Change
