Shipping Policy

Lighting Reimagined provides free Complimentary Standard Domestic Ground Shipping on all orders over $150.00 listed on their website, applicable to all locations within the contiguous United States. Orders below $150.00 will incur a $25.00 handling fee.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you can return it to Lighting Reimagined within 30 days after delivery or exchange it for another item (restocking fees may apply if the return process starts after 30 days from receiving the product).

Cancellation Policy

Once production has started, custom, special, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled. If the order has already shipped before cancellation, it cannot be canceled, and the cancellation will be treated as a return. Cancellation fees may apply.

Warranty Policy
