If you hold a membership duration longer than a month (such as 1-Year, 2-Year, etc.), you have the option to cancel your automatic renewal at any time. Once canceled, you will not be billed on the upcoming renewal date.

Refund Policy

For memberships longer than a month, a full refund can be requested up to 45 days after the payment has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
