Overseas Travel

You are protected when traveling anywhere worldwide for up to 90 days within any 12-month period.

Theft

If your device is stolen, coverage is provided under the Silver and Gold policies. If only some parts of your device are stolen, only those parts will be replaced. (Applicable to Silver and Gold policies only.)

Liquid Damage

You are covered if your device is damaged by accidental contact with any liquid. Repairs will be undertaken or replacements provided as needed.

Warranty

You are protected against accidental and unforeseen damage to your equipment. If repair is not feasible, a replacement device will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your insurance within 14 days (or later) of receiving your documents without providing a reason. If no claim is filed and none is intended, you will receive a full refund of all premiums paid.
