Koshieo will provide you with a return shipping label. A deduction of $7 will be applied to your refund to cover the USPS return fee. Please note that they do not accept C.O.D. shipments.

Refund Policy

You have 30 days to return items for an exchange or a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, including original packaging and tags. Returns of used, altered, ironed, or damaged items are not accepted. Any damaged or worn items returned will not be refunded. Items purchased on sale are final and can only be exchanged or credited to store credit. Unused return labels will become invalid after 30 days.
