Shipping Policy

Most domestic orders are shipped via FedEx. If your address is a P.O. Box, your package will be shipped through USPS. To qualify for free domestic shipping, orders must be $45 or more (excluding taxes and after discounts). They ship products internationally as well.

Delivery

Their small but dedicated team processes all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM PST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following business week.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for unopened or gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total refund. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded via a Jouercosmetics.com e-gift card.
