Return Policy

Kelty will accept returns for orders placed on their website (excluding items marked as “final sale” or received as part of a gifting promotion) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To qualify, items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging (including tags) and unbroken safety seals.

Shipping Policy

Kelty aims to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout. Free shipping is available only within the US lower 48 states. All shipments are sent via FedEx, except for APO addresses, which are shipped through USPS. Currently, international shipping is not available (US shipments only).

Warranty

Kelty-branded tents, backpacks, sleeping bags, and kid carriers purchased from authorized sellers are guaranteed to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Pro Purchase Program

All professional orders are billed $5.99 for orders under $49, and $9.99 for orders over $49. Reapplication is required every two years. Kelty reserves the right to terminate membership at any time if the program is misused.
