Items requiring tailoring may take an additional 5 to 7 days. Specifically, items are generally dispatched within 5-7 days after purchase. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-10 days following dispatch, while express shipping takes about 3-4 days after dispatch.

Return Policy

If there is a fitting issue or similar, they will gladly exchange the unused item with original tags for an alternative size or provide store credit equivalent to the product value. You can contact them within 7 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and ship the item back to their USA warehouse, after which they will issue store credit.
