JSG guarantees your satisfaction with policies such as their "30-day playability guarantee." If you purchase golf clubs or accessories from them, give them a try. If you are not satisfied with the club or package within 30 days, you can return it for a shipping fee. They will be happy to offer you store credit for the full purchase price, which can be used for any other product or service they offer, or a refund with a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

Currently, the golf products are only shipped within the United States. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may be subject to shipping charges for most products. Spot Products items available before 2 pm Pacific Time from Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day. Most products are free to ship, but some smaller items may incur low shipping costs.
