They offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for this purpose. Through this guarantee, customers can try out their CBD products within 30 days of receipt to determine which ones are the best match for their needs and lifestyle. All claims for damaged products must be submitted within 72 hours, accompanied by clear photos showing the damage.

Shipping Policy

Just Live ships anywhere within the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. Currently, they do not offer international shipping but hope to do so in the near future. They provide free ground shipping on orders over $75. All shipments are dispatched from their warehouse located in Orange County, California.

Delivery

For ground shipping, please allow one to two business days to process your order. Orders placed before 11 am from Monday to Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 am will be shipped the next business day (excluding weekends). Weekend orders will be processed on the following business day. Due to high order volumes, customers are encouraged to reorder when their CBD supply is about halfway used.
