They deliver worldwide. Free shipping is available for orders over $99 and for shipping within the contiguous 48 US states. Orders are shipped via UPS and the US Postal Service. For orders $99 and below, or if you prefer expedited shipping, or if you are outside the US contiguous 48 states, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

Return

Returns made within 30 days of receiving your order will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account; otherwise, store credit may be issued. Shipping charges are only refundable if the return is due to our error.

Saddle Return Policy

If you wish to return the saddle, please do so within 3 weeks, using original packaging and carton. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please insure the saddle for its full value. If the returned saddle shows any surface wear or damage, a 35% restocking fee will be applied.
