Returns Information

JUMPUSA.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a store credit, exchange, or refund.

Returning for an Exchange

When returning an item for an exchange, the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges.

Holiday Returns

To make holiday shopping more flexible and convenient, JUMPUSA.com offers a 60-day return period for items purchased between November 1 and December 31.

Gift or Gift Card Returns

If you are returning a product originally purchased with a gift card, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If the item was given to you as a gift, you will also receive an in-store credit as your refund.

Shipping Disputes

Credits will only be issued after the carrier completes the dispute investigation. Customers will be charged an $11 correction fee if they need to update a delivery address before the package is delivered, as this cost is passed on by the carrier.
