Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for items purchased through the Judith Ripka Fine Jewelry online store that are returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, or within 30 days of receipt for store credit or an exchange. Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can only be redeemed for purchases made on the website and are not redeemable for cash. Any remaining balance will be stored in the recipient's gift certificate account and cannot be transferred.
