Shipping Policy

Orders shipped within the United States will be dispatched via USPS (from our US warehouse with estimated delivery within 1-5 business days) or YUN EXPRESS. Orders shipped from our Chinese warehouse will be sent via USPS or YUN EXPRESS and are expected to arrive within 5-8 business days.

Returns

The return policy is valid for 90 days. After 90 days from the date of purchase, refunds or exchanges are no longer available. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Jessup owns a manufacturing factory located in Fenggang town, Dongguan city, China. The factory primarily focuses on production activities and spans over 3,000 square meters, with more than 100 workers currently employed on the production lines.
