Jeff Wan accepts U.S. returns for a refund in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned leather goods must include the original box and dust bag. Handbags showing any signs of use will not be eligible for return.

Refund Policy

If your order is placed within the United States, all applicable taxes will be refunded. For orders outside the United States, shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable through Jeff Wan.
