Reservation and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all rentals, guided tours, excursions, courses, and classes booked through any of their locations. All reservations must be paid in advance using a valid credit, debit, or debit card.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 1pm Mountain Time will be shipped the same day when possible. Orders placed after 1pm Mountain Time or on weekends and holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
