All Next-Day and 2-Day orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped on the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends). Currently, Saturday delivery service is not available.

Returns

James Perse accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn, and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 calendar days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Gift sets cannot be separated and must be returned complete in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a return does not meet these criteria, it will be refused. Refused returns will not be refunded and will be forfeited. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
