Shipping Policy

For standard shipping to Alaska, delivery takes up to 15 business days. Express shipping (2nd Day Air) is also available for Alaska. Please note that only express (2nd Day Air) shipping is offered for Hawaii. Currently, shipping to Puerto Rico is unavailable.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if not, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return online. All items being returned must be unworn and in a sellable condition.

Refund

Refunds for returns will be issued to the original payment method. For orders originally paid with a credit card or PayPal, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer a carrier exchange service. However, you can exchange or return items purchased online at any Intimissimi store. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return products to your preferred store.
