Shipping Policy

Some oversized or special-order items may not qualify for free shipping. Free Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Free Shipping. Midweight to heavyweight items will ship via UPS with delivery times ranging from one to five days depending on the destination.

Gift Card Policy

Interstate Music Gift Cards are an excellent way to give the gift of music. Gift Cards are valid for five years from the purchase date and do not incur sales tax at the time of purchase. Gift cards can be used by anyone possessing the gift card number. Stolen or lost gift cards will not be replaced. When ordered online, gift cards are sent electronically via email.

Refund Policy

Their refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
