The Production Timeline

The entire process takes approximately one and a half months for each jacket. After receiving payment, it typically takes 3-4 days to gather your measurements and discuss the most suitable method with you. Following that, jacket production generally lasts between 6 to 10 weeks. Once the production is completed, they require 2-3 days to conduct a quality check and pack the item.

Refund Policy

They provide a refund within 24 hours of purchase; beyond that, all sales are final. Due to the highly personalized nature of their jackets, refunds are not available. They cannot resell their jackets. If certain conditions are met within 30 days of receiving your jacket, you are eligible for their replacement or modification policy.

Warranty Policy

If the jacket breaks, they will repair it free of charge! They offer a lifetime warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect is identified, they will repair, replace, or cover the cost of repair. If repairs are not possible, they will provide store credit based on the value of the repairs.
