Refund Policy

Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. They will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please submit your details here before sending the item back. After receiving an RMA number, you may send the item back for a refund. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. It is strongly recommended that you use a trackable shipping method. Prepaid shipping labels are available at a cost of $7 per item returned.
