Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you need your order shipped the same day you place it, please inform them or contact Claudia at 623-878-7350 to expedite your shipment. For orders over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Return Policy

The return period is 20 days. If more than 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting your return, they will notify you via email that your item has been received. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 25 days.

Gift Policy

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
