Product Samples

Free product samples are not available; however, the product price for any retail (up to 3 bottles) order purchased for sampling purposes can be credited toward the Reseller's subsequent wholesale order (minimum one full case).

Payment Methods

Wholesale orders can be paid via ACH/Bank Transfers or PayPal. When selecting Bank Transfer, an invoice will be issued with payment instructions.

Shipping & Handling

Homebiotic products are sensitive to temperature, so they may be shipped in insulated containers to protect against extreme heat or cold if necessary. Shipping & handling charges will include the cost of these insulated cases.

Order Cancellations

If a wholesale order is canceled after production has started, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the order total.
