Shipping Policy

Shipping durations may vary, and we collaborate closely with our carriers FedEx and UPS to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing at their warehouse before shipment. Orders shipped via ground typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping usually takes about 2-4 business days. Deliveries to APO addresses may take longer than 5-7 business days. Additionally, your order may be sent in multiple shipments.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have until January 31st to return it for a full refund to the original payment method. Purchases made after January 1st have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return the item. Gifts received without proof of purchase from Hyperice.com are not eligible for returns or refunds. Hyperice does not cover shipping costs for returns. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
