Return Policy

When returning products, please include both the unused and empty containers in the package. Clearly write the RMA No. or EMA No. on the exterior of the shipping box, and send the items back to the provided Return Address within 60 days of your purchase date. Refunds are calculated proportionally based on the quantity of product returned—for example, returning 3 bottles out of a 6-bottle order will result in a 50% refund minus shipping and handling fees. For exchanges, please specify the product(s) you wish to receive in the replacement.
