Shipping Policy

Delivery charges will be converted to your chosen currency at checkout. For countries within the EU, all orders will be shipped on a DDP basis, meaning all prices displayed on the EU website or App include all applicable customs duties and taxes.

Return Policy

All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with the Harvey Nichols tag attached and in their original packaging, within 30 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.
