Shipping 

Complimentary ground shipping available within the continental US for orders exceeding $200. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Purchases made before 11:00 am PST are typically shipped on the same day*. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST will usually be shipped the following day, except for orders made on a Friday. 

Delivery Time

After your order is shipped, expect delivery within 10-14 business days. Please note that these durations are approximate and can vary depending on the destination country and postal code.

Returns

Hard Tail Forever accepts returns** for items bought from the Hard Tail Forever online store if requested within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Requests for returns made after 15 days from delivery will not be processed.
