Cancellations

They begin processing your order immediately upon submission, so unfortunately, it cannot be canceled or modified, even if a tracking number has not yet been provided. Additionally, your delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Return Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days! Most new, unopened items can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 days once the return is accepted by the fulfillment center. The refund will be for the full price of the returned items unless otherwise specified.
