Shipping Cost

Free shipping is available for orders over $39, which applies to all products. For orders less than $39, a flat fee of $4.9 will be charged.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours. You can also view tracking information in your Groomest customer account.

Refunds and Exchanges

They cannot issue a refund without receiving the item(s) or proof of delivery. After receiving your valid return, they will notify you via email that your returned item has been received and inform you whether your return has been accepted or rejected.

Returns

Once an item from Groomest is delivered, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.
