Shipping Policy

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Great Jones provides a 60-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. If after sautéing, braising, or baking you decide that Great Jones isn't the right fit for you, they will assist you with a prepaid return label. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus any original shipping costs, if applicable.
