Shipping Policy

Enjoy free shipping on all US orders over $40 via USPS PRIORITY. Orders placed by noon (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day. For orders under $40, a flat ground shipping rate of $5.00 applies.

Return Policy

If you're not satisfied, you may return your item for an exchange or refund within one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. If purchased from a GRAYL retailer, please return the item to the original point of purchase.
