Once an order is placed, boxes are typically shipped the following day! Each box is shipped with ample dry ice to ensure all items remain completely frozen during transit. No signature is required upon delivery.

They offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the day you receive your non-food item to request a return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 48 hours to process.
