Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the warehouse of their 3PL partner, Alt FineCom Finishing-eCommerce-Logistics GmbH, located in Germany, and handed over to their logistics carriers.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The return period begins when the customer receives the item. Items must be returned in an undamaged, original condition with packaging (including tags). If returned used or worn (excluding trying on), a refund will not be issued.
