A physical gift card is shipped together with your jewelry order and follows the same processing and delivery times mentioned above. Shipping Policy

Orders undergo a processing period before shipment. Processing times vary depending on the product. For popular styles ordered by 11PM PST, they will ship on the same day. Most styles are shipped within 24 hours, while engraved or personalized items may take 3-5 working days. During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, order processing may take longer.

Return Policy

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges must be completed within 60 days from the date you received your original order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your package. The refund will be credited to your original payment method and cannot be transferred to different cards or payment accounts. For orders with free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 8 hours of placing the order incur no fee. Cancellations between 8 and 24 hours will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations after 24 hours will be charged a 30% fee.
