Warranty Policy

All Orchard phones come with a 90-day warranty. If you receive a phone with a functional or quality issue, they will offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

They offer free shipping anywhere in Canada via Canada Post expedited packages. Express shipping costs $20 plus applicable taxes and fees. Orchard dispatches orders on all business days but does not ship on weekends or Ontario holidays.

Return Policy

Accessories returned with a cell phone must be unopened to qualify for a refund. If your accessory is defective, contact their customer support team for refund instructions. Most defective accessories can be refunded within 30 days, and screen protectors within 10 days.
