Product Warranty Claim

Please fully complete the Claim Form and include photos—failure to provide photos may cause delays in processing. Once your claim is received, the Claims Department will contact you within two (2) business days with a resolution. Note that the defective product must be located within the Continental United States; otherwise, shipping costs may not be covered by the warranty and will need to be paid by the claimant.
