Shipping Policy

They offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more (the order total must stay at $50+ after applying coupons and before sales tax). For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies. This shipping fee is FSA eligible and can be paid using your FSA card.

Returns Policy

They accept returns of new, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, excluding breast pumps, defibrillators, period underwear, pillows, and items marked as non-returnable. Breast pumps, defibrillators, period underwear, and pillows are non-returnable with no exceptions.
