Utilizing advanced algorithms, they enhance fabric yield and minimize waste with every order. They employ recycled clay-infused paper and water-based inks to ensure quality and efficiency. Their operations are powered by Ecochoice renewable energy from San Diego Gas & Electric.

Domestic Returns

They provide free exchanges for all orders within the United States. Returns can be processed for store credit; however, refunds are not available.

Shipping Rates

The shipping cost depends on the weight of your items and your location. The rate is calculated by USPS.

Shipping Transit Times

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method. The only method with a guaranteed delivery time is express shipping. First-class and Priority Mail estimates are approximate and may take longer to arrive. This is according to USPS policy, not FRW.

Pick Up in Store

Opting for in-store pickup allows you to receive your items more quickly. In-store pickup is available Monday through Friday from 10AM to 5PM.

Processing

Most orders are shipped within 72 hours from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Preorder items may take 1-3 weeks to ship. Items available for preorder will be marked as "Pre-Order".
