Warranty Policy

Framed Bikes offers the original purchaser of a new bike a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Different warranties apply to bikes and parts made from various materials, based on their intended use.

Shipping Policy

FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. To qualify for free shipping, your order must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes) within the lower 48 states. Orders weighing less than 5 lbs and under $200 may be shipped via USPS; they reserve the right to choose FedEx or USPS.

Return Policy

New, unused bikes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
